What Youll Do:
Recruit screen and place qualified candidates
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Partner with clients to fill open positions quickly
Manage onboarding and compliance
Help support branch operations and team success
What Were Looking For:
3 years of staffing/recruiting experience
Light Industrial Warehouse Manufacturing or Logistics recruiting experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with ATS/CRM systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
