Collaborate with Managers and other staff members of the office regarding the daily operations of the organization. Primarily responsible for the coordination of temporary personnel in the staffing process within JHMI. The role manages requests for temporary staff and utilizes both the internal pool of employees to fill or engages with external contracted agencies for order fulfillment. Create strategies for order fulfillment that follow current Intrastaff business goals and practices.

Participate in recruitment strategies and sources to meet the organizations current and future needs. Assist in the coordination of temporary personnel in the interviewing screening hiring training discipline and termination process or employment. Responsible for utilizing and ensuring accurate data capture in the scheduling and vendor management software.

Required to participate in 24-hour service coverage. Participate in the development implementation and update of policy and procedures. Support the organizations mission statement.
