Staffing Specialist Bi-Lingual

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Staffing Specialist to join our team and support high-volume recruitment for light industrial roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing screening and placing candidates in warehouse manufacturing and production settings. This role requires excellent communication skills the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for light industrial positions (e.g. assemblers pickers/packers forklift drivers machine operators).

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

• Proactively source candidates using job boards social media internal databases and community outreach.

• Conduct phone screens in-person interviews and onboarding activities for high-volume roles.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely placement to meet client demands.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws safety regulations and company policies.

• Provide bilingual support to candidates and clients (English/Spanish).

• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and prepare regular recruiting reports.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in high-volume light industrial staffing or recruiting.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skillsboth written and verbal.

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

• Proficient with recruiting tools such as ATS job boards and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of local labor market and workforce trends is a plus.
