Staffing Marketing Representative

Compensation: $65000$75000/year

HireFrontier is hiring a Staffing Marketing Representative to promote our workforce solutions generate qualified leads and build relationships with employers and hiring managers.

Build and execute marketing strategies promoting staffing services

Generate leads through outreach networking referrals and digital marketing

Build relationships with employers HR managers and corporate clients

Partner with recruiters and business development on hiring goals

Research hiring trends labor demand and competitor activity

Manage CRM tracking for leads campaigns and interactions

Support job ads email campaigns and social content

Represent HireFrontier at networking events and job fairs

Monitor and report on campaign performance

Contribute ideas to improve recruitment marketing

Marketing sales recruitment business development or client relations experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building

Able to generate and convert leads

CRM and digital marketing tool familiarity a plus

Strong organization and multitasking

Analytical and data-comfortable

Self-motivated and results-driven

Bachelors in Marketing Business or Communications preferred but not required
