The role:
As a CAS Global Staff Scientist you will help drive our goals by:
Leading IDEA and EVALUATE phase NPI workstreams aligned to CAS strategy and businessobjectives.
Designing and delivering researchprogrammesto develop new catalystsmaterialsand emission control technologies.
Managing project budgets milestonesrisksand phase reviews while ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
Building strong partnerships across global development hubs commercial teams businessdevelopmentand operations.
Supporting customer engagement through technical presentationstrainingand advanced catalyst system design guidance.
Contributing to external collaborations including university researchprogrammesand future technology opportunities.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
PhD in Chemistry ChemicalEngineering ElectroChemistry Electro Chemical Engineeringor a related scientific discipline or aBachelorsdegree with relevant industry experience.
Strong technicalexpertisein heterogeneous catalysis.
Hands-on experience in catalyst preparation catalytic reactiontestingand material characterisation.
Excellent analytical skills witha high levelof attention to detail.
Strong planning andorganisationalcapabilities with experience managing complex research projects.
Self-motivated approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and multicultural teams.
