Job Summary
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs radiographic examinations per scanning protocols correlating patient history with examination and presents study to physician for examination while adhering to patient schedules.
- Assists physicians with procedures obtains necessary supplies and equipment and monitors patient needs while assisting physician with patient support.
- Enhances own professional growth and development through participation in educational programs current literature in-service meetings and conferences.
- Maintains documentation as requires including patient files performs data entry and completes paperwork needed for procedures/processes.
- Develops film through automatic processing monitoring darkroom supplies.
- Maintains established departmental policies and procedures objectives quality assurance safety environmental and infection control standards.
- Assists with maintaining supplies.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) or accredited radiography program.
- Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date
- Basic Life Support certification (Online BLS certifications those without a skills assessment component are not sufficient to meet the BLS requirements).
