By optimizing our core procurement and financial operations we ensure seamless integration and efficiency across our financial ecosystem. Reporting to the Director - Finance Technology this role will serve as the functional expert optimizing and supporting our end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) processes. Based in Chicago IL or Bellevue WA you will drive the functional architecture configuration and continuous optimization of key financial systems while translating complex business requirements into technical solutions. This is a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional finance technology initiatives and leverage your S2P expertise to build scalable compliant and highly integrated enterprise solutions.

• Partner with Finance Procurement and Accounting stakeholders to analyze refine and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions within Oktas S2P ecosystem.
• Drive the functional architecture configuration and optimization of key financial systems (Coupa NetSuite Navan Kyriba) while mapping end-to-end data flows and automated banking file transfers.
• Lead cross-functional project execution user acceptance testing (UAT) release management and post-implementation support for critical finance technology initiatives.
• Establish robust system controls audit trails and data governance standards for SOX compliance while designing and building GenAI and MCP integrations with financial systems.

• 8 years of dedicated experience as a Product Analyst focused on solutioning analysis and design along with a Bachelors degree in Finance Information Systems Computer Science Accounting or a related field.
• Deep domain knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes (e-procurement invoice processing treasury operations) and hands-on functional expertise with core systems like Coupa NetSuite Navan and Kyriba Pay.
• A core strength in leading upfront program scoping translating abstract business challenges into optimal solutions and strong capabilities in process mapping and executive stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in data mapping API-based integrations multi-currency accounting logic and flat-file banking formats (BAI2 ISO 20022) backed by a solid understanding of SOX controls and financial security best practices.

• Desirable Technical Skills: Working experience with GenAI and MCP on cloud platforms like AWS as well as certifications in Coupa NetSuite or Treasury (CTP PMI-PBA CBAP) are highly preferred and will accelerate your success.
• High-Visibility Impact: You will be the functional expert steering the end-to-end transformation of Oktas core procurement and financial operations directly managing complex system releases and vendor relationships in a high-growth SaaS environment.
