We have an excitingpart-time job opportunity as STAFF PICKLEBALL PRO at Courts Plus. This position primarily requires availability during weekday evenings and weekends to support peak program hours. Schedule may vary based on programming needs and court availability and flexibility is required.
WHAT YOULL DO:You will be responsible for instructing adult and junior pickleball lessons at Courts Plus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Instruct pickleball lessons for adults and juniors.
Assist other instructors in group lessons and clinics.
Assist with other pickleball-related events when requested.
Run or assist with open play.
Maintain an orderly pickleball court environment including setting up nets and putting nets away.
Assist with equipment maintenance and report equipment wear or malfunctions.
WHAT YOULL BRING:
Some college education with 2 year of teaching experience.
Pickleball Certification or the ability to play at the 4.0 level.
WHEN YOULL WORK:
This position primarily requires availability during weekday evenings and weekends to support peak program hours.
Schedule may vary based on programming needs and court availability and flexibility is required.
WHAT YOULL GET:
For internal equity and budgetary considerations the anticipated starting pay range for this position is between $25-$32/hour depending on experience.
This position falls under Pay Grade B with a pay range of $16.00-$38.50.
