We are looking for a Staff Pharmacist to join us on our journey to make it drastically easier for customers to find choose afford and engage with the services products and professionals they need to get and stay healthy!

This role can be based in any of the following states: Arizona New Hampshire or Massachusetts and must be able to commute to the office if necessary.

Must have an active Registered Pharmacist license with the AZ NH or MA Board of Pharmacy.

Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday 10 hour shifts from 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM




Key job responsibilities
Please note that specific responsibilities may vary by position and location. The following list represents potential duties that may be required:
Maintain comprehensive customer profiles including current and past medical history clinical and laboratory data and concurrent medications (including over-the-counter and home remedies)
Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug dosage potential interactions and route of administration. Make recommendations for therapy changes to the prescriber as appropriate
Operate and Troubleshoot Pharmacy Automation Systems
Utilize monitor and troubleshoot automated dispensing and fulfillment systems to ensure accurate efficient and timely preparation of prescription orders
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and engineering teams to resolve automation issues optimize workflows and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards
Dispense Controlled Substances and Maintain Regulatory Compliance
Accurately dispense controlled substances in accordance with DEA regulations and state-specific laws
Maintain thorough timely and auditable records of all controlled substance transactions including inventory management reconciliation and reporting requirements
Provide Clinical Support:
Answer clinical questions and provide guidance
Collaborate with healthcare team members
Document all healthcare team communications
Investigate and resolve medication errors
Additional Responsibilities:
Implement policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal laws
Maintain required regulatory documentation
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Support pharmacy operations across departments as needed
Physical requirements may include ability to perform warehouse work and lift at least 20 pounds

About the team



- Bachelors degree in Science or Doctor of Pharmacy in PharmD or Doctor of Pharmacy
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations concerning patient care
- Knowledge of Knowledge of Windows desktop environment and use of Word Excel IE Firefox etc
- Can have an active and unrestricted pharmacist license in your state of employment (additional licenses may be required)
- Exemplary interpersonal written and verbal communication skills

- Understanding of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations
- Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining quality customer service

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
