As a Staff IT Product Manager youll be at the forefront of driving the success of our product portfolio by leading strategic initiatives from conception to launch for our products platforms or services. Leveraging your extensive experience in product management youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Youll conduct market research analyze user feedback and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. With a keen understanding of customer needs and competitive landscape youll prioritize features enhancements and improvements that deliver maximum value to our users and drive business outcomes. As a senior leader in product management youll mentor and coach junior team members foster a culture of collaboration and excellence and play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our products and the organization as a whole.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and drive the overall product strategy and vision aligned with business goals and market needs.
Roadmap Planning: Lead the creation and prioritization of product roadmaps features and enhancements based on market research user feedback and business priorities.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering design marketing sales and customer support to drive product development and delivery.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as stakeholders primary point of contact ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends gather competitive intelligence and analyze user behavior to identify product innovation and growth opportunities.
User Experience Optimization: Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices working with design and engineering teams to prioritize usability and accessibility improvements.
Product Launch: Lead the planning and execution of product launches coordinating go-to-market plans marketing campaigns and sales enablement activities.
Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Drive a continuous improvement and innovation culture gathering user feedback and insights to iterate on product features and enhance the overall user experience.
Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to product management team members fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and excellence.
Customer Advocacy: Act as a passionate customer advocate representing their needs and interests in product decisions and initiatives.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance our products value proposition and market position.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies impacting product delivery or performance.
Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in product management sharing insights and knowledge with the broader organization.
Business Impact: Drive measurable business impact through product innovation revenue growth customer satisfaction and market share expansion.
Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with our organizations vision mission and values and fall within your scope of practice.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors Degree or relevant experience.
Preferred Certification(s): Any relevant IT Certification.
Experience: 7 years of relevant and practical experience.

Experience with AI Tooling

Special Skills:
Methodology: Strong knowledge of Agile Product & Waterfall methodology.
Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (Clarity MS Projects Jira etc.).
Development: Understanding of software/product development lifecycle.
Communication: Effective communication able to present to senior leadership.
Decision-Making: Value-based decision-making.
