Opportunity

Originates and develops analysis methods to determine reliability of components equipment andprocesses. Acquires and analyzes data. Prepares diagrams charts drawings calculations andreports to define reliability problems and make recommendations for improvements. Conducts ananalysis of reliability issues and investigates to determine the required reliability approach for thesituation with consideration given to the cost limitations for equipment uptime/downtimerepair/replacement costs and weight size and availability of materials/equipment. Determinescost advantages of alternatives and develops action plans that comply with internal/externalcustomer demands for reliability processes/equipment to avoid failures.

Specific Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) using 5-Why Fishbone and FMEA methods.
• Develop and optimize preventive/predictive maintenance programs (PM/PdM).
• Analyze OEE MTTR MTBF trends and drive measurable with operations to reduce downtime and improve throughput.
• Support capital projects equipment installation and commissioning.
• Own CMMS (SAP PM) data quality job plans and asset history.
• Standardize maintenance procedures and spare parts strategies.
• Support workforce planning including skill gap identification and training plans.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors ensuring safety and performance compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement culture (proactive maintenance standard work accountability).
• Ensure compliance with LOTO safety and environmental standards.
• Engage in Tier 2/3 escalation support for maintenance reliability topics.

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelors degree required in an engineering discipline.
• 5 years applicable experience in engineering operations consulting or qualitymanagement.
• Experience with PLCs automation and industrial systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and the work addition this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
