- Shift / Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM with flexibility (start earlier/end earlier); overtime as needed

The Senior Digital Delivery Specialist will perform all aspects of digital project delivery. This position will perform basic aspects of the digital project management strategy to further the clients position and facilitate collaboration with activities pursuits and projects. The Senior Digital Delivery Specialist will work on various projects with a diverse portfolio of project types and clients.
- Perform design in Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination and collaborate on critical digital delivery initiatives.
- Perform tasks that support the development of digital delivery standards processes and tools.
- Perform Integrated Project Delivery for design-build projects.
- Perform digital delivery tasks using QA/QC standards to adhere to digital delivery scopes of work schedules and budgets.
- Identify clash detection and follow reporting and resolution process.
- Responsible for all aspects of project setup such as model file setup digital project setup; project access cloud services; digital procurement; miscellaneous support tasks etc.
- Apply AI literacy to create AI solutions for all repetitive processes.
- Prepare and present digital model presentations for clients.
- Execute changes to virtual reality simulations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Research and compile required project-related data and perform metadata audits.
- Provide digital delivery content for the entire project lifecycle.
- Provide project budget estimates for digital delivery scope.
- Define and recommend digital delivery methods procedures and tools in collaboration with the project team.
- Responsible for developing and integrating the digital delivery schedule and project compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize new software programs.
- Ability to execute and integrate digital delivery into EPC projects.
- Advanced knowledge of digital delivery software standards and project deliverables.
- Ability to integrate multiple BIM models across various software platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail facilitation collaboration organization and problem-solving skills.
- Revit platform experience required.
- Experience with Autodesk tools including Navisworks Forma Plant 3D and Civil 3D.
- Construction/EPC experience; familiarity with VDC or BIM management.
- Experience managing large projects (teams of 30200 people).
- Bachelors degree in Virtual Design and Construction Engineering Technology or a related field from an accredited program and 8 years of experience planning training organizing and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams.
- Associate degree and 10 years of experience planning training organizing and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams.
- High School Diploma (HSD) and 12 years of experience planning training organizing and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience (with Bachelors degree) 10 years (with Associate degree) or 12 years (with HSD) planning training organizing and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams.
- Experience on large-scale projects in sectors such as aviation manufacturing and industrial.
- Monday Friday schedule with flexibility; overtime as needed.
- Team of 4 people based in Kansas City.
- Projects ranging from 30 to 200 people; experience managing large projects is a plus.
