Staff Attorney

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deploy state-of-the-art tools and techniques to review analyze categorize and code large datasets during the course of litigation and investigations.
• Support Pillsburys world-class case teams and industry leaders in eDiscovery.

REQUIRED EDUCATION KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree and a Juris Doctor degree (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
• Current member or willing and eligible to become a member of the Tennessee State Bar.
• Hands-on experience with large scale document reviews predictive coding workflows project management.
• Detailed understanding of discovery law including the jurisprudence of attorney-client privilege and work-product protections.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong technical and analytic background; comfortable with statistical metrics and the use of spreadsheets and infographics.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
