DESCRIPTION
This position performs a variety of office administrative support functions requiring independent judgment research collection of information/data preparation and maintenance of reports and maintains the confidentiality of sensitive information. Assists with special projects and provides guidance to the administration to ensure deadlines are met and/or targets are achieved.
DUTIES
Filing scanning and data entry
Preparing correspondence and reports
Scheduling and calendar coordination
Tracking deadlines and supporting projects
Providing customer service and office support
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Three (3) years secretarial or clerical experienceto includereviewingevaluating and verifyinga high volume of documents for accuracy and completeness
Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds as needed for file management materials transport or related tasks
