• Hiring for staff backend engineers and senior product engineers with a focus on building new features from scratch.

Owned user-facing features end-to-end (full-stack).

Experience at a high-growth VC-backed startup during its scaling phase.

Demonstrated strong career trajectory (e.g. Staff in 5 years).

Experience as a founding or early engineer at a startup that actually scaled.

Candidate Requirements

• Looking for 5-10 years of experience ideally with high growth startups or infrastructure companies.
• Must have experience coding with AI tools and a strong career trajectory.

Hard skills

Fluent in AI-assisted coding (e.g. Codex Claude Code Cursor).

Education

Graduated from a strong CS program.
