Staff Accountant

Hoxton Circle is partnering with a financial services client that has an immediate need for aStaff Accountant.

This is a minimum 1-year temporary role with a very strong possibility to convert from temporary to full-time.

The hourly pay rate range is $40-$44

The Staff Accountant position offers exposure to a multi-entity fast-paced growth-oriented which the individual will be responsible for performing multi-entity intercompany transactions general ledger high-volume bank reconciliations and accounts payable.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a degreed staff accountant looking to strengthen their accounting foundation while working with solid leadership. Youll work closely with an experienced accounting leadership team and gain hands-on exposure across multiple business units and entities.

Key Responsibilities

High-volume bank reconciliations and daily cash management support

General ledger accounting and journal entries

Month-end close support

Intercompany accounting and reconciliations

Accounts payable workflows and invoice processing

Multi-entity accounting support across various business units

Financial reconciliations schedules and accounting analysis

Support ongoing accounting operations and special projects

What Were Looking For

3 years of accounting experience

Strong debits and credits foundation

High-volume bank reconciliation and cash management experience

Experience with full-cycle accounts payable

Experience with G/L Journal Entries Accruals

Multi-entity accounting experience is preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Strong Excel skills (formulas filters Pivot Tables large data sets)

Experience with mid or large tier Accounting software

BA or AA Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

Work Environment

3 days onsite / 2 days remote. The 3 days in office are non-negotiable.
