Job Summary

Salary: $80-100k base plus bonus

Overview

KNM is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support monthly close reconciliations AP/AR and client billing activities. This is a great opportunity for an early-career candidate looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within a collaborative finance team. Prepare and review investment and bank reconciliations.

Assist with the accounts payable and receivable processes.

Assist with client billing activities and related documentation.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
Public Accounting experience a plus but not required.
CPA not required; interest in pursuing further accounting or finance education is a plus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Exposure to QuickBooks or similar systems is helpful but not required.
Clear professional written and verbal communication skills.
