This role is responsible for assisting with accounts receivable accounts payable payroll cash management general ledger reconciliations financial reporting and month-end/year-end close processes. The Staff Accountant plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the organizations continued ResponsibilitiesAssist with month-end and year-end closing activities ensuring deadlines are and review financial statements and support schedules for the consolidation and reporting of financial data across with monthly quarterly and annual reporting payroll data and work with the outsourced payroll provider on bi-weekly payroll and provide information for outsourced sales tax reporting and general ledger and balance sheet daily bank reconciliations and assist with weekly cash the Controller with special projects and other accounting Were Looking ForBachelors degree in accounting or a related of 2 years of accounting experience including general ledger reconciliations and financial statement with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office particularly organizational analytical and problem-solving communication and interpersonal to work independently take initiative and manage multiple position is available at multiple levels. While the full salary ranges are provided for transparency new hires are not typically brought in at the top of the range. Starting pay is generally determined based on qualifications relevant experience internal equity and market considerations.
