2nd Swing Golf is looking for a detail-orientedStaff Accountantwith anaccounts payablefocusto join our Finance team. Reporting to the Controller this position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the companys financial records. The ideal candidate has experience working in the golf industry enjoys solving problems and thrives on meeting deadlines whilemaintaininga high levelof accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Controller with data entry and a variety of day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.

• Process invoices and supportaccountspayable functions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.

• Handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion.

• Assistwith account reconciliations andmonth-end close activities.

• Support accounting projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

• Prepare and analyze AP aging reports cash requirement forecasts and spend analysis for management

• Support annual audits by providing documentation reconciliations and responses to auditor requests

• Maintain compliance with GAAP company accounting policies and internal controls.

• Collaborate cross-functionallywith departments throughout the organization to support business operations and resolve accounting questions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or financerequired.

• 3-5 years of corporate accounting experience preferably within a mid-size or large organization.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Experience working with an ERP system preferably NetSuite

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

• Experience working in the golf industry and a passion for the game of golf is strongly preferred.

Compensation:

Starting salary range is$50000 - $70000 annually based onpreviousexperience.
