Compensation:$35$38 per hour

Job Summary: Our Client in Cherry Hill NJ is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their growing team. This is a Full Time Temp-to-Hire opportunity paying $35-$38 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timely
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances and collections
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Review and reconcile credit card transactions and expense reports
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with month-end close and reporting processes
• Communicate with clients vendors and internal teams regarding accounting matters
• Support general ledger activity bookkeeping tasks and additional accounting functions as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience (no entry-level candidates)
• MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience with QuickBooks
• Strong experience with accounts receivable and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
