Staff Accountant
Boca Raton FL

Were looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant.This role will focus on uploading journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts while supporting the accounting team during this transition period.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload journal entries into NetSuite
Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy.
Utilize VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Support the accounting team with general ledger tasks as needed.

What Were Looking For:

Experience with NetSuite or strong ERP experience with the ability to learn quickly.
Proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables (must-have).
