OVERALL DUTY:

Students operating the Stadi-YUMMS refreshment stand at Chicopee Comprehensive High School run a fast-paced live foodservice operation. Working during athletic matchups and school events students alternate between front-of-house and back-of-house roles to master professional hospitality and culinary skills.

• Gather portion and organize ingredients and packaging prior to the event rush.
• Cook grill and assemble menu items safely keeping hot foods above 140F and cold items below 41F.
• Maintain clean workstations wash tools and strictly follow ServSafe and Massachusetts food safety codes.
• Greet Chicopee Comp fans take orders accurately and manage the condiment and display stations.
• Handle cash transactions count back change accurately and manage order lines efficiently during busy half-time peaks.
• Package orders correctly and serve them quickly to maintain a fast speed of service.
