Responsibilities and Duties - Sales Associate:
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service
- Identify customer needs and provide helpful information about product features
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by following daily routines
- Achieve salon sales goals on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis
- Stay informed about our products and services to discuss available options
- Process sales transactions efficiently at the point of sale
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Build strong trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Adhere to inventory control procedures
- Exhibit solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain a friendly energetic demeanor with a focus on customer service
