Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SRE Lead with strong Java expertise to lead application reliability scalability performance and production operations for enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SRE initiatives and mentor SRE/DevOps engineers.
Develop and support Java/Spring Boot microservices.
Ensure high availability scalability and performance of production systems.
Define and manage SLIs SLOs SLAs and error budgets.
Lead incident management troubleshooting RCA and problem resolution.
Build automation to reduce operational toil and manual processes.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP.
Work with Docker Kubernetes Terraform Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus Grafana Splunk Datadog ELK etc.
Perform Java/JVM and application performance tuning.
Collaborate with Development Architecture Security and Infrastructure teams.
Required Skills:
Strong SRE DevOps and production support experience
Java 8/11/17 Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs
AWS/Azure/GCP
Kubernetes Docker Terraform
Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI
