Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Dynatrace monitoring including metrics alerting Real User Monitoring (RUM) and synthetics for end-to-end visibility.
- Configure and maintain dashboards (Grail & Classic) tagging management zones and observability workflows for proactive issue detection.
- Work on open pipeline parsing and log/metric ingestion to enable complete observability and data correlation.
- Perform agent installation plugin setup and cloud integration across environments ensuring seamless monitoring coverage.
- Drive incident analysis root cause identification and workflow automation to improve system reliability and reduce toil.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver E2E monitoring solutions aligned to business needs
