Job Summary
STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Sr. Workday Techno-Functional Consultant on behalf of our client in Dallas TX. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Workday Time Tracking Payroll configuration integrations and Workday Studio development along with strong functional HR/Payroll knowledge and technical integration capabilities to support large-scale enterprise Workday environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday Time Tracking functionality and related business requirements
- Design develop and maintain Workday Time Tracking integrations
- Build and support Workday Studio integrations across enterprise systems
- Configure optimize and maintain Workday Business Processes
- Provide functional expertise in Workday Payroll configuration and support
- Develop and maintain Payroll-related integrations
- Collaborate closely with HR Payroll and technical teams to ensure system stability and continuous enhancements
- Support end-to-end Workday implementations upgrades and production issue resolution
Required Experience & Skills
- 13 years of overall experience in Workday and enterprise HCM systems
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Time Tracking and Payroll modules
- Expertise in Workday Studio and integration development
- Strong understanding of Workday Business Process framework
- Experience supporting full lifecycle Workday implementations and production support
- Ability to work in cross-functional global teams and handle complex system environments
