Job Summary
Position Title: Sr. UX Designer
Location: New York NY (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
Drive the evolution and consistent application of our design system across desktop and mobile interfaces for products.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers engineers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of the design system.
Produce high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes in Figma that align with the design system principles.
Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation including component specifications usage guidelines and interaction patterns for both desktop and mobile.
Ensure the design system components and patterns adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG) across all platforms.
Create and maintain detailed developer-ready specifications and assets in Figma facilitating efficient and accurate implementation.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in design systems and responsive design.
Advocate for the design system and contribute to its continuous improvement based on user feedback technical constraints and evolving product needs.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing design system work for both desktop and mobile applications.
Proven experience in developing documenting and maintaining comprehensive design systems.
Deep understanding of UX/UI principles interaction design and information architecture with a focus on responsive design.
Excellent visual design skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Expert proficiency in Figma including advanced prototyping capabilities and the creation of detailed component specifications.
