The Sr Test Engineering Technician supports the execution of verification validation reliability and performance testing for Masimo products and technologies. This role is responsible for setting up and conducting tests collecting and documenting data maintaining laboratory equipment and test fixtures and supporting engineering teams in the evaluation of products and systems.

This position reports to the VP Reliability Engineering and is part of the R&D team located in Irvine CA and will be an on-site role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform verification validation characterization and reliability testing on products prototypes and components
• Set up operate troubleshoot and maintain laboratory equipment instrumentation and test fixtures
• Collect record and maintain accurate test data and documentation in accordance with established quality system requirements

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 years of experience in laboratory testing product testing electronics testing manufacturing support or a related technical field
• Experience using electronic test equipment such as multimeters oscilloscopes power supplies and data acquisition systems

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics Engineering Technology Biomedical Technology or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated or ISO 13485 environments
• Advanced electronic troubleshooting wiring and soldering skills

The hourly pay range for this role is$33-$39 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offercomprehensivepackage of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
