Sr. Technical Program Manager, Wallet Services Analytics

The Apple Wallet team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the strategy and execution of our analytics platform. This is not just about tracking metrics; its about building the privacy-centric data foundation that enables us to understand and improve the services used by hundreds of millions of customers TPMs operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence driving large-scale deeply technical and cross-functional initiatives. Responsible for defining and driving the roadmap for Wallet Services analytics. Be at the center of our data-informed decision-making process ensuring our initiatives are built on a foundation of secure reliable and privacy-first data.

Lead End-to-End Programs: Drive complex analytics programs from concept to launch including defining project scope gathering requirements managing schedules mitigating risks and guiding communications to the Technical Strategy: Partner with senior data scientists product managers engineering leaders and staff to define the vision and long-term strategy for our analytics infrastructure instrumentation and data User Privacy: Steward of Apples privacy principles within the program while working with legal and privacy teams to ensure all data collection and processing is compliant secure and Cross-Functional Execution: Manage dependencies across multiple teams including client engineering server-side services WPC data platforms and data science Deep Technically: Contribute to technical design discussions asking probing questions and ensuring we are making sound architectural decisions that scale for the Needs into Action: Work with product managers and business collaborators to understand their measurement needs for new features and translate them into detailed technical specifications for engineering : Clearly articulate program goals risks and progress to senior leadership ensuring alignment and and Elevate: Act as a mentor for junior TPMs and contribute to growth and best practices adoption.

6 years of experience in Technical Program Managementn3 years of experience supporting Data Engineering/ understanding of data engineering and analytics lifecycles including business/data understanding data prep and modeling ETL/ELT processes data warehousing and business -on experience with GenAI leveraging LLMs for project program and portfolio management automation creation and across big data technologies such as Splunk Spark Kafka and data warehousing solutions like Snowflake or of shipping complex scalable and reliable data platforms high quality data products and analytics experience supporting key PPM areas including stakeholder management performance and quality management risk and change management governance and benefits realization cross-functional leadership skills; ability to influence and align teams from Engineering Product Design Marketing Legal and Privacy without direct in navigating ambiguity. Ability to take a high-level business or product goal and translate it into a concrete phased execution plan with clear technical effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for executive influence and manage data privacy principles.

PMP ACP CSM SAFe PgMP PfMP or equivalent certifications. nPayments industry digital wallets or large-scale e-commerce platforms. nPrivacy-preserving technologies (e.g. differential privacy).nMS degree in Business Management Data Management Computer Science Engineering Information Technology.
