Sr. Technical DeveloperInstructor

The Sr. Technical Developer/Instructor will provide support by developing and updating the training curriculum.

In addition the Sr. Technical Developer/Instructor will provide support in:

• Development of Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) Front End Analysis (FEA).
• Development of Simulation and Tactical and Operational scenarios.
• SME/Instructor support and training execution for the SSDS/Aegis courses as required.

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education with 10 years of professional experience; or 6 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• Familiarization with SSDS program and mission for SSDS position.
• Familiarization with Aegis Weapon System for the Aegis position
• Familiarization with one or more of the following: TAO AAWC Senior Warfare coordination Combat System Operations and Communication.
• Active Secret security clearance.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85000 to $125000.
