The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team Enterprise People Services Clearance Processing Center:

Security Clearance Processing Support Sr Tech Security (T3)

The RTX CPC is seeking a dedicated and detailed oriented professional to support the overall mission of the organization and maintain compliance with DoD and organizational personnel security policies and procedures. The selected candidate will rotate through all the roles in the Clearance Processing Center and perform duties that include maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with security standards and guidelines.

What You Will Do

Perform all the duties associated with clearance processing.
Process and enter cases to meet the requirements under SEAD 3 and 4 in the designated government databases.
Update and maintain records in the government systems of records such as DISS.
Update and maintain personnel security records in all required internal company security databases.
Initiate review and process the questionnaires (to conform to the 32 CFR part 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual requirements) for National Security Positions (SF86).

Perform under general supervision

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• 1 years experience supporting miscellaneous administrative support functions.

• This role requires an active and transferableor the ability to obtaina government issued security clearance within 30 days of start date.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Working knowledge of SWFT DISS and NBIS eApp

• PERSEC experience

• Completion of Personnel Security training modules from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Center for Development of Security Excellence

• Working knowledge of the SEAD 3 and SEAD 4 requirements and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual

• Work experience interacting / working with Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency and/or other Cognizant Security Agency personnel

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel with tact and professionalism.

• Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy

• Technical knowledge in solving complex problems

• Must be flexible able to multi-task possess strong customer service skills and the ability to function in a team environment

Work Location: This is a hybrid role eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Tucson AZ

The salary range for this role is 43400 USD - 82600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
