Sr Systems Engineer

Job Description:-
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join a growing infrastructure team supporting enterprise environments and client-facing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience across servers networking virtualization desktop infrastructure and Microsoft technologies. Candidates with prior Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience are strongly preferred.
This role requires a seasoned infrastructure professional who is comfortable working directly with clients troubleshooting complex technical issues leading infrastructure initiatives and supporting a wide range of technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience:
10 years of hands-on Systems Engineering and Infrastructure experience
Proven experience supporting enterprise-level IT environments
Strong customer-facing and client support experience
Demonstrated stability and longevity in previous employment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience

VMware vSphere / Virtualization Technologies
Enterprise Networking (Switches Routers Firewalls VPNs)
Desktop and Endpoint Management
Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administration
Infrastructure Monitoring and Troubleshooting
Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions
Server Hardware and Storage Administration
Infrastructure Security Best Practices

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting multiple client environments
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience leading infrastructure projects and migrations
Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure and Microsoft 365
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
