Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience as a System Administrator Infrastructure Administrator Network Administrator or similar role.
• Strong expertise supporting enterprise on-premises infrastructure including Windows Server Linux Active Directory DNS DHCP storage virtualization and networking technologies.
• Hands-on experience administering VMware virtualization technologies.
• Experience designing implementing and supporting hybrid environments that integrate on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms including AWS Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking identity management security monitoring backup and disaster recovery concepts.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform AWS CloudFormation ARM/Bicep Ansible Pulumi or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell Bash Python or similar languages.
• Strong knowledge of network configuration and management including firewall administration.
• Experience administering Active Directory domain controllers and Group Policy.
• Experience with SonicWall and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Knowledge of storage solutions including Isilon Vblock VxRail Data Domain and Avamar.
• Excellent troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational communication and documentation skills.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
• Demonstrated project management experience including planning execution and delivery of infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong soft skills including the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive self-motivated attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as:
  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate
  • Google Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
  • VMware VCP
  • CompTIA Network
  • CompTIA Security
• Experience with other system administration tools and technologies (e.g. Active Directory DNS DHCP).
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and documentation standards.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices in enterprise environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Experience supporting containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and documentation standards.

Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as SolarWinds Datadog Splunk or similar tools.
