We have an exciting opportunity for aSenior Systems Engineer Integration and Test supporting one of our premier programs within Raytheon an RTX this role you will work with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers who are leading the industry in ground systems solutions. Within Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we integrate verify and validate our products by developing test strategies executing integration activities analyzing system performance and ensuring mission-critical capabilities perform as intended. Your experience with software integration automated testing verification and validation and customer engagement will be instrumental to program success.

What You Will Do

Execute the programs test strategy including test process development baseline definition test architecture design verification and validation
Support full lifecycle integration and testing of real-time ground software systems including software setup test execution regression analysis and root cause resolution
Collaborate across multi-vendor and multi-disciplinary teams to integrate and validate software releases from various upstream development teams
Support customer-led mission test events and operational demonstrations
Partner with Raytheon senior leadership government customers and technical subject matter experts to support system development and test execution
Analyze system performance identify technical issues and drive solutions to closure
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous integration and delivery activities
Work within a collaborative Agile program environment

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelors Degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience as an Integration and/or Test Engineer supporting software development programs on government contracts
Experience writing executing and integrating automated tests using automated test tools
Experience developing scripts using Python Perl or similar scripting languages Experience supporting software verification and validation activities in a systems integration environment
Active and transferable DoD TS U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience working in an Agile development environment and with Agile development tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Bitbucket)
Experience with automated test frameworks such as Cucumber
Experience developing and deploying software in cloud environments
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler
Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle including Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development requirements management functional analysis interface definition and control and verification and validation

The salary range for this role is 86800 USD - 165200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
