Sr. Strategic Capture Manager

The Building People is in search of a Sr Strategic Capture Manager.The selected candidate will be aself-driven individual to complement our growing team to develop new business within the Federal/DoD market. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual who can create long-term trusting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develops organizes and executes client call plans around The Building Peoples capabilities
• Identifies qualifies conducts capture and works with operations to shape opportunities
• Conducts analysis of market opportunities within facilities management building operations and maintenance energy management and workplace optimization services.
• Develops final win themes win strategies value propositions and differentiators
• Assesses and continually updates competitor capabilities conducts SWOT analysis.
• Establishes the team needed to bid the procurement including subcontractors
• Ensures a coherent integrated The Building People message to customers while promoting the full breadth and depth of The Building Peoples services and solutions that can support the customers mission
• Supports overall proposal development efforts to include reviewing/editing proposal responses participation on color and review teams and providing support across functional lines.
• Develops and tracks a strategic Call Plan which includes regular periodic meetings with strategically relevant customer contacts

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Understanding and experience working with U.S. Government ID/IQ or Multiple Award Type Contract vehicles
• 4 - 6 years of relative experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences of company and government executives
• Knowledge of U.S. commercial and Government standards regulations and codes will be beneficial
• Proficient in MS Office suite applications and Salesforce

Required Education

• Bachelors Degree in relevant field i.e. Engineering Architecture Technology or equivalent work experience

Additional Requirements

• Candidate must be United States Citizen with the potential ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret level U.S. Government Security Clearance
