Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for the retail and automotive service industry We are seeking an energetic and motivated Branch Manager to oversee our Commercial Tire Shop. This pivotal role combines operational excellence with exceptional customer service ensuring our team delivers top-quality tire solutions to commercial clients. As the driving force behind daily store operations you will lead a team manage inventory and foster a positive results-oriented environment that promotes growth and success.

Duties

• Lead and supervise all aspects of store operations including sales customer service inventory control and staff management
• Recruit interview train and develop team members to build a high-performing retail sales team with a focus on employee orientation and leadership development
• Manage purchasing pricing strategies and inventory management to optimize stock levels and ensure product availability for commercial clients
• Oversee payroll processing bookkeeping cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) systems to maintain accurate financial records and operational efficiency
• Implement merchandising strategies and store presentation standards to attract customers and enhance sales performance
• Conduct regular shift management supervise cashiering activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent service addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Proven management experience in retail or automotive service environments with supervisory responsibilities in a tire shop or similar setting
• Strong skills in negotiation sales management and retail math to meet sales targets and control costs effectively
• Excellent communication skills in both bilingual/multilingual settings; ability to lead diverse teams through managerial communication techniques
• Experience with inventory management systems POS systems purchasing procedures and operational management tools
• Demonstrated ability in recruiting training & development employee orientation and team supervision
• Knowledge of retail industry sales strategies merchandising practices pricing policies and store operations management
• Basic math skills for cash handling budgeting and financial reporting; proficiency in bookkeeping is preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in grocery store or retail sales environments is advantageous but not required
