The Telemetry & RF Division of L3Harris is seeking a Senior Program Financial Analyst to join our team in San Diego CA. We are looking for a proactive selfdriven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can partner effectively with Program Management Engineering Operations and Supply this role you will be responsible for tracking and reporting all financial aspects of program execution from program inception to completion. This includes baseline activities Monthly forecasting and reporting variance analysis invoicing and identify potential risks and opportunities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this highly crossfunctional role.
Essential Functions:
- Manage all financial aspects of program execution ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the program lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze program costs including labor material subcontract and ODCs comparing performance against budget and forecast.
- Develop quarterly EACs and support accurate projection of ETC EAC and LRE financial data.
- Perform variance analysis for key financial metricsincluding EAC sales profit and cashand clearly identify drivers of performance deviations.
- Prepare and present program financials and insights during Program Reviews with management.
- Manage end-to-end program invoicing activities.
- Perform additional duties and support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analysis planning and reporting; or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis planning and lieu of a degree minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify diagnose and resolve complex financial issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the capability to convey financial insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with multiple contract types (CP FFP T&M) and a solid understanding of revenue recognition principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Hyperion Forecasting LN Cobra and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functional teams.
- Highly detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in California Massachusetts New Jersey Washington and the Greater D.C Denver or NYC areas is $88000 - $164000.This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
