As aSenior Sourcing Managerin School/Office you will work withmultiplecross-functional teamsincluding Target Merchants Planners and Designers.You willbe responsible forpartnering with global sourcing and vendors to deliver high-quality trend-right merchandise ata greatvalue to our guests. You will drivesourcingstrategy to support global balance matrix optimization and help Target achieve our financial plans.

About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalentwith 3 years of relevant sourcing experience

• Strongcommunicationanalytical and financial skills

• Effectively collaborate and influence across abroad group of partnersstakeholdersand global team to achieve business results
