Sr. Solution Architect (Coupa Consultant)

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Solution Architect (Coupa Consultant) with deep expertise in Coupa implementations Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical knowledge of Coupa modules integration architecture and enterprise procurement solutions.

This role requires hands-on experience leading Coupa implementation and rollout programs conducting workshops solution design system configuration and integration with ERP and third-party applications.

  • Middleware platforms
  • Third-party applications
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Coupa configuration
  • Integration setup
  • Functional solution design
• Strong understanding of cloud application implementation lifecycle
• Excellent communication workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills

• Lead Coupa implementation rollout and support initiatives across North America
• Conduct workshops requirement gathering sessions and fit-gap analysis
• Design and configure Coupa solutions aligned with business requirements
• Architect and support integrations between Coupa ERP systems middleware and third-party platforms
• Provide guidance on complex functional and technical challenges
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure successful solution delivery
• Create and review functional specifications and solution documentation
• Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials for business users
• Support end-to-end cloud implementation lifecycle activities

• Coupa Certified Professional
• 8 years of overall industry experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Coupa technology
• Experience working on at least:
  • Two Coupa implementation projects
  • Rollout programs as a Functional Consultant or Solution Architect

• Experience in enterprise procurement transformation initiatives
• Exposure to global procurement operations and cloud ERP ecosystems
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
