Job Description:
The client is seeking a full-time ServiceNow Application Developer to support the development administration and ongoing enhancement of the districts ServiceNow platform within the Office of Data & Technology.

Complete Description:
This role will play a critical hands-on role in configuring maintaining and evolving ServiceNow to support district-wide business processes across multiple modules includingbut not limited to Source-to-Pay (S2P) Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Asset Management (ITAM) and other modules. The ideal candidate brings strong platform fundamentals experience supporting enterprise workflows and the ability to partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders across a large public-sector organization. The ServiceNow Application Developer will ensure solutions are scalable user-centered secure and aligned to operational priorities while supporting continuous improvement of service delivery across central office and school-based teams.
Skills:
Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science a related field or equivalent professional experience. Required 15 Years
Hands-on ServiceNow administration experience including ownership or co-ownership of a ServiceNow instance. Required 5 Years
Strong foundational knowledge of the ServiceNow platform including: Forms lists tables and dictionary configuration Business Rules Client Scripts. Required 8 Years
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Required 8 Years
Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting (business rules client scripts UI policies). Required 8 Years
Knowledge on UI Policies and UI Actions Roles and Access Control Lists (ACLs) Update sets and platform administration. Required 8 Years
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM process knowledge. Required
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred. Highly desired
Experience with one or more ServiceNow application areas such as ITSM HRSD S2P CSM or SecOps. Required
Experience building or supporting system integrations using REST APIs Integration Hub and data imports. Required
Experience working in a public sector K12 education or other highly regulated environment. Required
Compensation: $67.00 - $72.00 per hour
