We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Lucid Services NPI team. The ideal candidate would be proficient in project management and have a background in New Product Introduction. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. This program manager will manage a subset of vehicle sub-systems for Lucids Service organization.
The Role:
- Maintain a Service Bill of Materials (SBOM)
- Review engineering changes and documentation to verify serviceable component impact
- Collaborate with Design Engineers and Field Operations to identify opportunities for Service improvements
- Manage change implementation and part effectivity through PLM platforms
- Cascade engineering changes to downstream field data sources (parts catalog service manual etc.)
- Coordinate serviceability validation for introduction of new serviceable parts with Design Engineering and Mechatronic technicians
- Support Service Supply Chain teams to ensure a healthy supply strategy is implemented prior to product launch
- Document end to end part supersession for all serviceable parts in our ERP database
- Deploy and monitor inventory strategies to ensure the End-of-Lifecycle of parts are adequately supported in the field
- Provide field support with parts escalation inquires
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
- Minimum 5 years of automotive experience or equivalent experience
- Ability to organize and drive continuous program improvement
- Exceptional ability to interface and collaborate with individuals groups and suppliers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Passion to continuously develop improve and maintain processes
Advantageous:
- Startup experience focused on early service program development
- Automotive aptitude for vehicle sub-system parts and manufacturing
- PLM Experience (Delmia or equivalent)
- ERP knowledge to systematically manage product master data and configurations
- Supply Chain knowledge for Service lifecycle
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$146100 - $200860 USD
Compensation & Benefits:Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitivebenefits packageincluding medical dental and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays paid sick leave; and a401(k) retirementplan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time employees may alsoparticipatein Lucids equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards if applicable aredeterminedbased on individual performance role scope market considerations and overall company resultsin accordance withthe terms of the applicable plans.
