Sr. Scrum Master

Job Summary:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Sr. Scrum Master. As a Sr. Scrum Master you will facilitate Agile teams to deliver high-quality products and services ensure that Agile principles and practices are followed and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams stakeholders and leadership to foster a culture of collaboration innovation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile facilitation role
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles Scrum framework and Lean methodologies
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile transformations and improving team performance
- Excellent communication facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Certification in Scrum Master (e.g. CSM SSM) or similar Agile certification

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a financial services or agricultural industry
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
- Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (e.g. SAFe LeSS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana)
