Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Daily Stand-ups Sprint/Iteration Planning Reviews Retrospectives PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums.
- Drive team performance predictability quality velocity and delivery outcomes.
- Remove impediments and coordinate with Product Owners Product Management Architecture and leadership.
- Promote Lean-Agile mindset servant leadership and continuous improvement.
- Track Agile metrics risks dependencies and program progress.
- Support cross-team collaboration conflict resolution and backlog management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 78 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- 4 years of healthcare experience Claims Members Providers Clinical or Care Management.
- Strong hands-on Jira experience.
- Experience with Scrum Agile and Kanban methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SAFe / Scaled Agile concepts.
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Strong stakeholder management dependency management and impediment removal skills.
- Experience with Agile metrics reporting and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- Jira Align experience.
- SAFe Scrum Master / RTE experience.
- CSP or other Scrum/Agile certifications.
