We are looking for aSeniorSalesCoordinatorto join our Brokerage Operationsteam. You willprovide high level supporttocommercial real estatebrokerageproducers within ourLas Vegasoffice.Youwillhave the opportunity toengage in a well-rounded list of contributions for the team which will include: administrative financialmarketingand operational functions for the business.We offer a fun fast-paced collaborative dynamicand inclusiveenvironment.This roleprovidesa unique opportunity with exposure to all aspects of the businessby partnering with brokers research marketing finance and coordinators to help in the overall success of the office.
Business Operations
Gathermarketresearch information to createclient deliverables such asmarket surveys tour books competitive sets
Preparedealdocuments including Request for Proposals Letters of Intent renewal lettersleasingstatusreports &customer&prospectcorrespondencewith direction from brokers and/or knowledge of company policies procedures and best practices
Update&maintaincompany Contact Relationship Management (CRM) database to track prospects clients and deal information
Marketing
Manage &maintainall listings on CoStar LoopNet View the Space&Hightower
Prepare property marketing flyers brochures and email distributions
Create and editpresentationspitchesand client deliverables for prospect/client meetings
Assistandparticipatein planningas needed for industry functions or client eventsand open houses
Finance
Collect & process deal file paperwork; calculate generate & send invoices utilizing JLL accounting platform
Trackandprocessbrokerexpensereportsaccording to the JLL T&E policy
Administrative
General duties such as printing binding scheduling meetings greeting clients conference room set upofficemaintenancebroker IT supportmakingtravelarrangements&front desk coverage as needed
InterestedAn ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Required
3years relevant experience supporting multiple people in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization
ExpertproficiencyinMicrosoftOffice Suite includingWord Excel Power Point Outlookwith ability to learn new software and JLLs in- house platforms
Experiencedwith AdobeInDesign
Preferred
Exceptional project management capabilities including multi-tasking prioritization deadline management the ability to work both independently & with a team; ability toidentify develop & execute constructive solutions to organizational challenges
Incredibly resourceful proactive detail-oriented & willing to learn with a positive attitude & a drive for personal growth & development
Able to assert discretion & professionalism when given access to confidential &private information
Excellent proofreading and editing abilities
