Position : Sr. RPA/Automation Engineer with 15 years of experience

Location : Reading PA or Tampa FL Hybrid

Duration : Long term contract

MOI : Face-to-face interview

• Workflow Automation Experience
• Process Improvement / Process Optimization Experience
• Experience Gathering Business Requirements
• Strong Business-Facing Communication Skills
• Ability to Explain Technical Concepts to Non-Technical Stakeholders
• Automation Anywhere UiPath Blue Prism Power Automate or Similar Automation Platforms
• Experience Managing Projects from Requirements Through Production
• Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to Articulate Business Impact and Project Outcomes
