Sr. Risk Manager, Risk Hub Onboarding, Global Strategy and Integration

Job Summary
In this high-visibility role you will own the end-to-end customer journey: from stakeholder demos and onboarding planning to driving sustained adoption across diverse internal organizations worldwide. You will partner closely with risk teams product owners and senior leaders to ensure customers realize full value from RiskHub accelerating Amazons maturity in enterprise risk management.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across multiple internal organizations serving as the primary point of contact for RiskHub onboarding and adoption initiatives
- Own the end-to-end customer onboarding experience from initial discovery and scoping through go-live and sustained adoption across global teams
- Deliver compelling RiskHub demonstrations to stakeholders at all levels translating platform capabilities into business value for diverse audiences
- Develop and execute adoption strategies tailored to each customer organization driving measurable engagement and platform utilization
- Track and report on onboarding and adoption metrics providing regular updates to senior leadership on program health risks and milestones
Identify and resolve onboarding blockers by partnering with product engineering and compliance teams to remove friction and accelerate time-to-value
- Build and maintain scalable onboarding playbooks best practices and enablement materials to support consistent repeatable customer success
- Represent the voice of the customer back to the RiskHub product team surfacing adoption barriers feature gaps and improvement opportunities
- Support continuous improvement of the RiskHub platform by synthesizing customer feedback into actionable product and process recommendations
- 6 years of compliance audit or risk management experience
- 5 years of program or project Management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Masters degree or equivalent
