General Description:
Reporting to the Manager of Operations Support (MOS) of the Quality Assurance (QA) Team the Sr. QA Associate will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to corporate and field office employees. The Sr. QA Associate is responsible for maintaining PeopleSoft data integrity and partnering with field offices to ensure the accuracy of billing and payroll data. The Sr. QA Associate is proficient in the day-to-day (billing and payroll) issues operational policies and procedures and the PeopleSoft system as it pertains to day-to-day processes. He/She will act as an escalation point for the team corporate and field office employees.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining PeopleSoft data integrity and partnering with field offices to ensure the accuracy of data
Support liaison for general field office questions and processes including but not limited to corporate and field policies payroll PeopleSoft issues spread and commissions
Audit contractor payroll for assigned field offices to ensure paycheck and expected spread accuracy
Provide training and education to the field offices based on audit results as needed with the QA Associates.
Day-to-day support coaching and development of QA Associates regarding processes and account management.
Assist in the on-boarding of new QA Associates.
Maintain the accuracy of on-boarding documentation and job aids as needed.
Act as an escalation point for the team corporate and field office employees.
Complete assigned reports/audits accurately and timely.
Proactively research problem solve design and implement new and improved processes and policies based on results and/or trends with

Qualifications
Required Education and /or Experience:
In the QA role for at least 6 months.
Microsoft Office advanced experience use of Word Excel Power Point and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication experience with all levels of an organization.
Proficient knowledge of QA processes and procedures required.
Demonstrated experience in time management organization and communication.
Required Abilities and / or Skills:
Must have a strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to delegate tasks and manage timelines.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Compensation:
21.63 - 26.92 USD Hourly bonus paid quarterly
