Senior Project / Program Manager
Southfield MI (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Travel: 25%50%
Salary Range: Up to $163K

Key Accountabilities (Overview)
Lead large-scale high-impact initiatives including new plant startups product launches and enterprise transformation efforts
Ensure business requirements are clearly defined organized and communicated across teams
Operate within established project governance structures and help strengthen them
Partner directly with senior leadership to drive alignment across business units
Develop business cases including ROI analysis cost modeling and benefit realization
Validate initiatives against strategic objectives and long-term business goals
Support long-range planning identifying interdependencies across programs
Lead governance meetings including steering committees and executive updates
Proactively identify and manage organizational operational and financial risks
Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of key initiatives
Lead communication strategies across executive and cross-functional audiences
Track adoption and business impact providing clear performance updates
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications
Required
Bachelors degree in a business or technical field
8 years of project or program management experience
Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives
Experience gathering and translating business requirements
Strong financial acumen (ROI business case development cost modeling)
Executive-level communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational governance and documentation capabilities
Proven ability to lead change management efforts
Experience with project and reporting tools (e.g. MS Planner Power BI)
Preferred
PMP or equivalent certification
Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies
