Senior Project Manager Building Envelope

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading specialty contractor focused on custom building envelope solutions including curtain wall architectural wall systems and glazing. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven construction professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience managing complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout while maintaining schedule budget quality and safety.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review contracts develop project budgets and oversee project financial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors vendors procurement scheduling and field operations.
• Manage RFIs submittals change orders pay applications and project documentation.
• Conduct progress meetings and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and project teams.
• Collaborate with preconstruction estimating and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Promote a strong culture of safety quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive project management experience within the building envelope curtain wall glazing or architectural facade industry.
• Strong background managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Experience with project scheduling budgeting cost control forecasting and contract administration.
• Working knowledge of AIA contracts and subcontract management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Microsoft Project and construction management software.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
