Job Summary
Role Overview Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a Commercial General Contractor in Centennial CO to lead significant commercial construction projects from turnover through closeout independently.
Core Responsibilities
Maintain full project ownership including financials budgeting forecasting and profitability.
Manage master schedules milestones and recovery planning.
Oversee subcontractors contracts buyout change orders and pay applications.
Cultivate relationships with owners architects and field teams.
Mentor junior staff (APMs Superintendents) with room to grow into broader operational leadership.
Key Requirements
Experience: 5 years in commercial construction with a General Contractor and at least 5 years specifically as a Senior PM (minimum 6 years overall Construction PM experience required).
Skills: Strong financial and schedule management contract expertise and the ability to hold project teams accountable. Must have experience as the primary PM for a General Contractor not a specialty-trade role.
